Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted and will be dispatched within 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase. Please note that sterling silver pieces typically have a shorter production timeframe and may be dispatched sooner. Custom pieces are individually crafted, with dispatch timeframes confirmed during your consultation once your design is finalised and production begins. All orders are shipped via complimentary standard shipping.

We take great care in crafting every piece. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange.

As each piece is handcrafted and many are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. If you require a different ring size, we are happy to offer an exchange or remake where possible. Please note that exchanges are subject to gemstone availability, and if your chosen stone is unavailable, a new piece may need to be handcrafted, which will require additional production time.
